Training

Dr. Ridha began his rigorous training at Kent State where he graduated with a BS/MD from a prestigious 6-year combined training program with Northeastern Ohio Medical University. He then completed a 5-year residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine (Cabrini) in Manhattan, subsequently continuing his mentorship and completing two additional years of sub specialization in plastic surgery at the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group/Nassau University Medical Center. Dr. Ridha is a frequent contributor to scientific peer-reviewed journals and articles, and has lectured on surgical topics both domestically and abroad. During this time he received numerous awards including being named intern of the year and valedictorian of his graduating class.
