We now have the ability to accept online payments through US Pay. Our goal is to allow our patients a safe and reliable way to make payments towards upcoming office visits, surgical procedures, phone orders and more. Most payments are non-refundable. If you have a question about a payment you are planning to make, please contact the office directly at (518) 500-4153. By using this payment option, you agree to waive all rights entitled to HIPAA in the case of a financial dispute.

We always hope you love any products that you purchase, but should you be less than happy with your item, we will accept returns on most unopened merchandise purchased within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Unopened items may be returned for a full refund. However, for any opened medspa retail products, refunds are for RETAIL CREDIT ONLY, for future product purchases and must be returned within 14 days of purchasing with at least 75% of the product remaining.
Jeffrey Ridha MD PC cannot accept returns on open cosmetics, fragrances, worn garments/footwear, sale items, 'as is' items, or individual items from a purchased set.

Gift Card Policy
- Jeffrey Ridha MD requires gift cards/gift certificates to be presented at the time of payment for services.
- All gift cards sales are final and non-refundable.
- We cannot honor lost or stolen gift cards.
- Available in person, by phone or online.
- $3.00 handling fee for online and telephone gift card purchases.
- Available in any dollar amount.
- Gift Certificates cannot be used for tips.
